Cigar Federation takes on Herrera Esteli Miami
John Reiner of Cigar Federation takes on the Herrera Miami. Here is what he had to say: “The Herrera Esteli Miami is a spectacular blend. If you’re already a fan of the Herrera Esteli line, this is a release you’ll want to make a priority on your buying list. I’m a big fan of cigars being available in a 10 count box, as it makes the choice of a box buy more approachable for the average cigar smoke. My first few draws produce some sweetness, some spicy undertones, and trailing cedar that leaves me with a bit of dry mouthfeel. The retrohale is wonderfully rich and spicy with a trailing chocolate note. I do get some trailing leather on the post draw. As the first third settles in the flavors combine together for a fantastic medley with a great creaminess on the retrohale. The spicy cedar does drop in intensity at the halfway point of the first third. Down from a medium strength to about a light plus. Surgeon’s Rating: 91 AKA “Box Split”
